Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will support merchandise assembly and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes flexible availability, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset aligned with the GURA approach to meet daily store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
