Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing is hiring a Fast Hole EDM Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Mason, OH. The role involves operating and setting up CNC EDM equipment, measuring parts, and ensuring conformance to specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical skills are necessary.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• U.S. person status under ITAR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fast Hole EDM CNC machine and set up parts.
• Load/unload parts and communicate changes on time.
• Read prints and inspect parts with precision gauges.
• Verify conformance using micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Document production and quality logs accurately.
• Maintain safe operations and equipment through proper procedures.
