Hi-Tek Manufacturing is seeking a Fast Hole EDM Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Mason, OH. The role involves operating a Fast Hole EDM CNC machine to cut engine part cooling holes, with on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Overtime may be required and a strict schedule is observed. The position requires reading prints, measuring with precision tools, and maintaining quality while adhering to safety and ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with non-conventional machining preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fast Hole EDM CNC machine to cut cooling holes for engine parts.
• Set up and load/unload parts; document changes and results on schedule.
• Read prints and inspect parts with precision gauges and tools.
• Verify conformance to customer specs using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM.
