Job summary

Billings, MT restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fast-casual concept. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong financial management skills and the ability to develop restaurant teams and oversee all daily operations.

The compensation includes a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with monthly bonus eligibility, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA, a 401(k) with 4% company match after 60 days, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Oversees operations, P&L, sales and profitability.
• Manages labor costs, food costs, inventory and controllable expenses.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops managers and staff.
• Leads a restaurant team of up to 30 employees.
• Drives restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Implements company initiatives and new systems and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.
• Local market experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license and background check required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
