Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fast-casual concept. This hands-on leader will oversee all daily operations, manage P&L, labor, costs, and guest satisfaction, and build a high-performing team.

Offering a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus monthly bonus eligibility, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with 4% match after 60 days, PTO, retention bonuses, and opportunities for growth. Night/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Fast-casual restaurant experience preferred.
• Full responsibility for restaurant operations, P&L, sales, and profitability.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and hourly employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
