Missoni USA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to support Ready-to-Wear and Home divisions. You will manage the full customer order lifecycle, from PO receipt to delivery, and liaise with Sales, Logistics, Warehouses, Finance, and HQ in Italy to ensure seamless execution and an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of customer service experience in fashion or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of wholesale order management.
• Experience with Purchase Orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Knowledge of EDI processes and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from PO receipt through delivery.
• Process and monitor customer Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily with internal teams, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Manage EDI orders and resolve transmission or compliance issues.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays and issues.
• Resolve customer inquiries and claims in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and HQ to ensure seamless execution.
• Support inventory availability checks and allocation activities.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data using Excel and internal systems.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
