As a Production & Tech Pack Coordinator, you will support the design and production process from sketch to finished garment, coordinating with factories, building tech packs, tracking revisions, samples, and keeping production moving on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with factories and vendors on specs and approvals.
• Build, maintain, and archive tech packs for new and existing styles.
• Manage the sample process and document for internal approvals.
• Track fabric/trim sourcing and keep records current.
• Support production timelines and coordinate with pattern makers and sample rooms.
• Provide design and production support from concept to delivery.

The Role

Support the design and production process from first sketch to finished garment — , coordinate with our factories, helping build tech packs, track revisions, and keep samples and production moving on schedule with our factories and vendors. This person bridges the creative and technical sides of the brand, making sure every style is accurate, on-spec, and on time. We're looking for someone hands-on, detail-obsessed, and ready to wear many hats on a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with factories and vendors on specs, samples, revisions, and approvals
• Build, maintain, and archive tech packs (specs, measurements, construction details, grading) for new and existing styles
• Manage the sample process — tracking incoming/outgoing samples by style and season, reviewing against tech pack specs, and photographing/documenting for internal reference and approvals
• Track fabric/trim sourcing (yardage, lab dips, strike-offs, approvals) and keep records current
• Support production timelines — coordinating with pattern makers/sample rooms, and flagging PO delays
• Provide general design and production support from concept to delivery

Must Have

• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical specs
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tech packs and spec sheets
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage multiple styles and seasons at once
• Comfortable communicating directly with factories and vendors, including overseas partners
• Hands-on mentality — willing to do whatever the day requires, big or small
• Experience or strong interest in fashion design, technical design, or garment production
• Reliable and deadline-driven, with strong follow-through on details that matter
