As a Production & Tech Pack Coordinator, you will support the design and production process from sketch to finished garment, coordinating with factories, building tech packs, tracking revisions, samples, and keeping production moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical specs.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tech packs.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Able to communicate with factories and overseas partners.
• Hands-on, flexible team player on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with factories and vendors on specs and approvals.
• Build, maintain, and archive tech packs for new and existing styles.
• Manage the sample process and document for internal approvals.
• Track fabric/trim sourcing and keep records current.
• Support production timelines and coordinate with pattern makers and sample rooms.
• Provide design and production support from concept to delivery.
