Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tech packs, including specifications, construction details, fit comments, and bills of materials throughout the fit cycle.
• Translate design sketches and samples into accurate specification and construction pages while maintaining consistent fit and construction standards.
• Prepare samples and lead live-model fit sessions with Design, Production, and Merchandising; communicate corrective actions through written comments, sketches, photos, and patternmaking.
• Launch approved samples to overseas factories, provide grading guidelines, review factory grade-rule changes, and resolve fit and production issues from sample development through in-line production and TOPs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to maintain the T&A calendar and deliver timely technical solutions through email and video calls.
