Garage, part of Groupe Dynamite, in Bloomington, MN, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations. You will lead a high-performing team, promote a positive shopping experience for customers, and ensure brand presentation and merchandising standards are met on the sales floor and via digital channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business, asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion apparel.
• Passion for fashion and outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, innovative and able to react to changing business needs.
• Promote collaboration and build partnerships across teams.
