Job summary

ALDO Group in Houston is hiring a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to keep our store operations flowing. You’ll manage inventory, shipments, and back-of-house readiness to ensure the sales floor stays well stocked and inviting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, a passion for fashion, strong customer focus, and the ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts. You should be comfortable standing and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
