Job summary

ALDO Group in Albuquerque is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to support inventory control and store readiness. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help keep the back store organized and ensure the store is always prepared for customers.

Handle shipments, restock floors, and assist with visual setup while following loss prevention and safety guidelines. This role offers growth opportunities, employee discounts, and a supportive team environment for fashion-minded individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
