Job summary

ALDO Group in the United States is seeking a full-time Stock Coordinator to keep inventory flowing and the store ready for customers.

You will handle shipments, keep back stock organized, and support daily operations while following loss prevention and safety guidelines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail experience, a passion for fashion, and the energy to connect with customers, including lifting up to 35 lbs during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup
