Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to keep inventory flowing behind the scenes and ensure the store is ready for customers. You will receive shipments, stock the floor, and maintain back store organization to support sales.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience, a passion for fashion, strong customer-focused energy, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or service industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion helps with daily interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and visual setup.
