Job summary

Aldo Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to support store operations behind the scenes. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, keep the back stock organized, and ensure the floor is well stocked to maximize sales and customer service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, retail or service experience, and a passion for fashion. You must be reliable, customer-focused, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs, including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
