Job summary

ALDO Group in California is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to manage inventory and keep the store ready for customers. You will ensure efficient shipment handling, maintain a tidy back stock, and support daily operations on the floor.

Your role requires a background in retail or service, a passion for fashion, excellent people skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
