ALDO Group is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator in the United States to keep inventory flowing and stores ready for customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage shipments, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized back room.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, a passion for fashion, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Willing to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Keep back stock organized and stocked to support sales.
• Assist with loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations including restocking and visual setup.
