H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service while actively guiding customers through the store and promoting products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform shoppers and support garment care, display, and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
Promote and sell products to customers and participate in omni-channel experiences where available.
Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas.
Handle garment care, presentation, and stock replenishment per guidelines.
Support opening and closing store operations and collaborate with store management.
