You will help with garment care, stocking, and maintaining attractive displays while contributing to a welcoming, fashionable shopping environment.

The role focuses on engaging customers, driving sales, and representing the H&M brand with a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/customer service in fashion, retail or related service industries.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; welcome and guide customers to the store and assist with omni-channel experiences where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers and communicate fashion trends and stories.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support store management in commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including garment care and presentation.
