Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, welcome customers, guide them through the store and actively sell our products using fashion knowledge. You will handle garment care, assist with stock and displays, support checkout and fitting room areas, and contribute to a neat sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or service industries.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge to guide customers.
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in-store.
• Guide customers through the store and promote products.
• Promote and explain the Hello Member loyalty program and store initiatives.
• Assist with garment care, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house.
• Support opening and closing procedures and store operations.
