Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively promote products with strong fashion knowledge.

You will maintain garment care, stock levels and store presentation while working closely with the team to reach sales targets and uphold H&M standards. This hourly role requires friendliness, initiative and a passion for fashion and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.
• Promotes loyalty app and store sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets with store team.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and stock levels on the floor and back of house.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in every customer interaction.
• Follow store procedures, safety guidelines and onboarding trainings.
