Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide shoppers through the store experience. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and actively promote products, loyalty programs, and sustainable practices.

You will contribute to a clean, well-presented store, support stock and merchandising, and collaborate with the team to hit sales targets while upholding H&M standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or related industries is encouraged.
• Experience working in a dynamic, collaborative environment is valuable.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products effectively.
• Willingness to learn and share fashion knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products; actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share relevant information with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store floor and back of house; assist with garment refill, care and merchandising.
• Support stock replenishment, fitting room and checkout operations; follow visual & commercial guidelines.
