Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell products using fashion knowledge. You will help with garment care, presentation, and ensuring a clean, inviting sales floor and back-of-house areas.

You'll engage customers, promote our loyalty app Hello Member, and support store operations to help achieve sales goals in a dynamic team setting. The role is hourly and located in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and trends, with ability to share knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to promote products.
• Engage customers, start conversations, and promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with garment care, replenishment, presentation, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Support with opening/closing store and collaboration with store management to reach sales targets.
