Job summary

H&M in Orange, CA seeks a Sales Advisor to greet customers, share fashion knowledge, and guide them through the store experience. You will help customers find the right products, promote the Loyalty App, and contribute to sales targets with the team.

You’ll also maintain garment care, presentation, and a clean sales floor, while staying aligned with visual and operational guidelines and supporting the rest of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Effectively promote and sell products while maintaining the store’s Omni experience.
• Represent the H&M brand in a positive manner during all interactions.
• Support store targets with guidance from store management.
• Maintain garment care, presentation, and a tidy sales floor and back of house.
