Job summary

H&M is looking for a Sales Advisor in Pleasanton, CA to deliver excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience using fashion knowledge. You will actively sell products, promote our Hello Member loyalty app, and support garment care, presentation, and a clean sales floor and back of house.

As part of a dynamic team, you will engage customers, participate in onboarding and training, and contribute to meeting sales targets while representing the H&M brand positively

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced store environment.
• Passion for fashion and current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience.
• Promote and sell products using fashion knowledge and omni-channel options.
• Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment refill, care, presentation, and clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Support opening/closing of the store and assist store management to hit sales targets.
