Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in the United States to deliver outstanding customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell our products using fashion knowledge. You’ll support garment care, merchandising, and a clean store and back of house, working with the team to ensure an excellent experience.

A typical day includes welcoming customers, engaging conversations, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app, assisting with stock and displays, and helping the team meet sales

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in retail or fashion.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.
• Comfort with stock, merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products, and support loyalty program promotion.
