Job summary

H&M in Gretna, LA is hiring a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and guide customers through the store, applying OMNI where available. You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform shoppers and actively promote products, loyalty app, and in-store sustainability initiatives.

You will work with the store team to maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor, handle garment care, and support opening/closing procedures while delivering an engaging shopping experience to every customer.
