Job summary

H&M in Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell our fashion products. You will use your knowledge of trends and products to help customers find the right pieces and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role covers keeping the sales floor presentable, supporting operations, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app, and collaborating with the team to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers to meet sales targets.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Assist with garment care, replenishment, and presenting attractive merchandise displays.
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house areas following guidelines.
• Support opening/closing procedures and in-store operations as needed.
