Job summary

H&M in Walnut Creek is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to guide customers through the store, provide product information, and actively promote sales. You will use your fashion knowledge to offer styling tips and support customers across the OMNI experience where available.

You will contribute to a clean, organized sales floor, assist with garment care, and collaborate with the team to reach store targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in fashion trends and helping customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience.
• Promote products and drive sales while delivering a positive brand experience.
• Support garment care, replenishment and store presentation per visual guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing and in-store operations as needed.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
