Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in a California store to deliver outstanding customer service, greet shoppers and guide them through the Omni experience, and actively promote products using fashion knowledge to inform customers for the best experience.

You will help with garment care, presentation, and keep the store tidy, while working with the team to meet sales targets and maintain a positive environment for customers and colleagues.

• Maintain garment care, presentation and back-of-house cleanliness.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Assist with stock replenishment and support store targets with the team.
