Job summary

Veronica Beard in Tampa, located at Hyde Park Village, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to assist Store Management in maximizing sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role also serves as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will lead by example with strong floor supervision, customer service, and clientelling skills, while ensuring merchandising and operations standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail Store Management experience in women’s apparel or related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior, reactions, and floor awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Management to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Is the Manager-on-Duty in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Supervises associates, trains on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Maintains cash, inventory, and company standards of conduct per handbook.
• Executes floor-set and promotional directives and ensures store standards are met.
• Represents the Veronica Beard fashion and style with knowledge of current trends.
