Responsibilities

• Customer Obsession: Drive and achieve a customer-focused store environment; demonstrate fashion knowledge to customers.
• Drive Sales: Analyze store performance, adjust plans, manage payroll hours, direct promotional changes, and schedule staff.
• Talent Management: Hire, coach, and develop talent; build succession pools and provide actionable feedback.
• Operational Execution: Maintain an operational store, minimize inventory loss, implement company direction (POS, Visual, HR, Operations).
