Job summary

H&M in Chicago seeks a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store and actively sell products. You will share fashion knowledge to inform customers and contribute to garment care, presentation, and a tidy store environment.

You will engage customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and support store targets with the team, while upholding health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and in-store experiences.
• Communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and promote products.
• Promote and use our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house areas and assist with garment care and presentation.
