Job summary

H&M in Chicago, IL is hiring a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and actively sell our fashion and lifestyle products. You will use your trends knowledge to help customers find looks, promote the Hello Member app, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

You will handle garment care, store presentation, stock replenishment, and operate the fitting room and checkout, collaborating with teammates to reach sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers throughout the store.
• Engage with customers to deliver a high level of service.
• Promote and sell products while sharing fashion knowledge.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
• Support with actions to reach sales targets with store management.

Responsibilities

• Garment cycle: unpack, refill, steam, and care for garments.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per store standards.
• Maintain a clean, presentable sales floor and back of house.
• Support with garment presentation and stock replenishment.
• Follow visual and commercial guidelines and use OMNI services where available.
