Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and actively sell our products while providing support and guidance. You’ll apply fashion knowledge to inform customers and contribute to garment care, display, and a clean, tidy sales floor.

The role involves collaborating with the store team to reach sales targets, promote the Hello Member app, and maintain visual and commercial guidelines across all areas of the shop.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.
• Willing to learn store operations and visual standards.
• Experience in fashion or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist the Omni-channel experience.
• Guide customers through fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain garment care, presentation, stock and store cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing, stock replenishment and store operations.
• Collaborate with store team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
