Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store, using omni-channel experiences where available.
• Promote and sell products while representing the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
• Support garment refill, care, presentation and keep the sales floor and back of house clean and organized.
• Assist with opening/closing store and stock replenishment to maintain good stock levels.
• Engage customers, discuss fashion trends, and promote the Hello Member loyalty app.
