H&M USA is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, welcome shoppers, and actively guide them through the store while presenting our latest fashion and stories. You will participate in garment care, display upkeep, and omni-channel experiences to support sales targets with the store team.

From engagement to checkout, you will promote the H&M brand, encourage the Hello Member loyalty program, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.

Formación

• Sales experience in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Experience in customer service within fashion or retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products, upsell, and encourage loyalty app participation.
• Maintain garment care, shelf presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing and in-store tech services/tools as needed.
