The Workshop LA, a Los Angeles-based womenswear brand known for understated, elevated basics and casual luxury essentials, is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join their growing team onsite.

You will be the voice of the brand in the inbox, helping customers with fit guidance, returns, and production questions in a warm, concierge-style manner, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce customer service, ideally within apparel or fashion.
• Proficiency with Gorgias, Shopify, and Loop is required.
• Familiarity with Apparel Magic is a strong plus.
• A warm, detail-oriented communication style with a passion for customer care.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via email about fit, sizing, returns/exchanges, and production timelines
• Providing a personalized, concierge-level tone in all customer communications
• Managing and resolving order issues, tracking concerns, and return/exchange requests
• Partnering cross-functionally to stay current on product details, fit notes, and restock timing
• Maintaining organized, timely follow-up on all open tickets to ensure a seamless customer experience
