Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Associate for a luxury brand’s corporate team. You will handle online order inquiries, manage returns and refunds, and review transactions for fraud, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have ecommerce or retail customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional resolutions.
• Deliver a high-touch ecommerce customer experience aligned with luxury service standards.
• Review ecommerce transactions and conduct fraud analysis to identify suspicious activity.
• Oversee returns and refunds process, including authorisations and reimbursements.
• Develop and maintain customer service resources such as FAQs and email templates.
• Monitor and report customer service metrics to support quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and warehouse teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand history, products, and initiatives.
