You will handle inquiries across email, chat, and phone using Shopify, Gorgias, Apparel Magic, and related systems, ensuring accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consumer-facing customer service.
• Experience in fashion or premium brands.
• Proficiency with Shopify for order management.
• Onsite in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Handle orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping issues.
• Document interactions in systems using Shopify, Gorgias and Apparel Magic.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain a polished, concierge-style service for a luxury-oriented customer base.
