Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, and actively promote our products. You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform shoppers and support garment care, merchandising, and back‑of‑house tasks with the store team to deliver an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities include full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming, operating fitting rooms and the checkout, maintaining clean floors and displays, and promoting the Hello

• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or related service industries.
• Good communication, creativity and curiosity.
• Flexibility, decisiveness and action-oriented approach.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products and actively engage customers with fashion trends and stories.
• Support garment care, merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain attractive displays and clean floors.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas, follow store procedures and assist with opening/closing tasks.
