• Ability to guide customers through Omni experiences where available.
• Comfort with promoting and selling products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and Omni experience.
• Engage customers to discuss fashion trends and product details to drive sales.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Support store operations, presentation, and stock replenishment to hit sales targets.
