Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and guide shoppers through our store, using fashion knowledge to inform and inspire. You’ll actively promote products, support sales targets, and represent the H&M brand with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll also engage customers with the Hello Member loyalty program, assist with merchandising and stock, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and in-store experience
• Previous customer service experience in fashion, retail or related fields
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
• Motivated to engage customers and promote products and services

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote and sell products to customers and support sales targets
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty program and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor and back of house
• Assist with stock, merchandising and checkout processes
