Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Promote belonging and assess staffing to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead store operations through communication with all levels and implement business solutions.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L and controlling expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; support Open Door policy.
