You will recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize scheduling, monitor inventory, and maximize profitability while upholding brand standards. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline (asset).
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing environment or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrates solving skills and good decision-making ability.
• Promotes participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.
• Shows flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Builds partnerships and values collaboration.
• Proficient with Social Media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) or Open-Office.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
