Job summary

The Russell Mitchell Farmers Insurance Agency in Trophy Club, TX is seeking an Insurance Account Manager (full or part-time). You will build client relationships, present quotes, close sales, and handle daily client communications.

Required: active Texas Property and Casualty and Life license, 1 year insurance sales or customer service, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. Training through Farmers is provided. Base salary plus commission with room for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life license required.
• Minimum 1 year Insurance Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Call and develop relationships and new business.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and follow-up; document interactions in detail.
• Explain referral program and seek referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
