Job summary

Cory Washam Farmers Insurance in Owasso, Oklahoma is hiring a Full Time Insurance Sales Rep. This entry-level role focuses on outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our insurance products.

You will develop quotes, present options, and close sales, building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and local businesses. Licensing in Life and Health is required; Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
