ERIC FINCK AGENCY in Kansas is hiring for a full-time sales position in a fast-paced, relaxed environment. We provide leads and tools, with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Training for P&C license and Life & Health license is paid by us, with test costs covered the first time. Qualifications include a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and current or willing-to-obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
