Eric Finck-Farmers Insurance Agency in Topeka, KS seeks a full-time insurance sales professional. The role offers a base salary with commissions and bonuses, plus paid holidays and PTO.

Training for P&C and Life & Health licenses is provided, and leads/tools are supplied to maximize earning potential in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a positive, coachable attitude and a drive to develop client relationships through referrals and ongoing follow-up.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses or already licensed (license required).
• Coachable attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in insurance sales.
• Ability to multi-task and follow sales process while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each client contact as a cross and upsell opportunity.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Paid Training P&C License Required and Life & Health license. We will pay for the training and taking the test the first time. I provide all the leads and tools necessary which will result in uncapped earning potential. Farmers Insurance is in a perfect place to capitalize on the Kansas Market.
