Job summary

Farmers Insurance District Office 25-19 seeks a Sales Rep to build relationships in the local community, prospect for new clients, assess insurance needs, present coverage options, close new business, and support policyholders after the sale.

You will work across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other products while developing the skills needed for a successful insurance career with strong support and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with prospecting, outreach, and networking.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through community outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Present quotes and explain policy options.
• Guide clients through applications and policy binding.
• Service existing policyholders and process endorsements.
• Build relationships focused on retention and cross-selling.

We're seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Rep to build relationships with individuals, families, and businesses throughout the local community. You'll prospect for new clients, assess insurance needs, present coverage options, close new business, and continue supporting policyholders after the sale.
